Aesthetic Services

We offer regular facials designed to enhance your skincare routine and address various skin concerns. However, please be aware that these services are not covered by any insurance plans and will need to be paid out of pocket.

Medical Products

We also offer products such as compression socks, TENS machines, and orthopedic bracing; please check with your insurance provider for coverage details.

Massage Therapy

We offer a range of massage therapy services, including 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90-minute sessions for both therapeutic and relaxation massages, all provided by a registered massage therapist. Our services also include cupping, pregnancy massage, and hot stone therapy. All rates are plus HST, and we offer direct billing for your convenience.

How can I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked via text by providing your name, email, and availability, or through online booking for existing clients.

What is a home-based clinic?

Thrive RMT operates from a residential location with a separate clinic entrance and waiting room, following strict infection prevention protocols and ​offering one-on-one treatments. Mobile services are available upon request.

Do I need to fill out forms?

Yes, all clients must complete a health history form and consent form, regardless of payment method, to ensure safe and effective treatment.

What are the safety protocols for your services?

All therapists undergo background checks and must be in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Clients must provide ​valid ID when booking appointments.

What other services do you offer?

In addition to massage therapy, we collaborate with a Naturopath and Physiotherapist to address conditions that massage alone cannot treat.

Do you do direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing with numerous insurance companies, allowing for either clinic payment or insured member reimbursement.

How can I pay for services?

Payments can be made via debit, credit, cash, email transfer, or through our booking software. Direct billing is available, or you can pay in full and ​get reimbursed by your insurance.

Can I use my spouse’s insurance coverage?

No, insurance coverage is individual and cannot be transferred or used for different services.

Can I book or cancel on the same day?

Same-day bookings depend on therapist availability. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid fees.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

We follow Ontario Ministry of Health guidelines, including self-screening, client screening, use of PPE, and thorough sanitation.

Can you waive the 20% not covered by my insurance?

No, clients must pay any remaining balance not covered by insurance.

Meet Steph!

Stephanie Palisoc, RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist and certified Medical Aesthetician with extensive expertise in therapeutic and relaxation massages. She specializes in trigger point treatment, fascial techniques, deep tissue massage, and managing chronic pain and nerve issues. Additionally, Steph is a college instructor and program coordinator of a Massage Therapy diploma program at a private college in Brampton, Ontario. She has been treating and educating patients and aspiring massage therapists about massage therapy for years. Through her knowledge and teaching experience, Steph creates specialized, safe, and effective treatments for her patients and actively advocates for increased awareness of the benefits of massage therapy.

Safety Protocol

All Thrive RMT locations are operating solely in a home-based clinic ​location, with the client having a separate entrance and other amenities. ​Even though it is a home-based clinic, we prioritize following the health ​protocols established by the government and the respective college ​responsible for governing therapists, including sanitation, cleaning, and ​disinfection.

Additionally, we adhere to infection prevention controls specific to our ​home clinic. Since we are a home clinic, it is crucial to ensure that the ​therapist and patient are compatible when working together. Therefore, ​we conduct verification checks to confirm the accuracy of all information ​provided, especially during direct billing. We want to emphasize the ​importance of providing valid and accurate client information, regardless ​of direct billing.

​Our goal is to maintain a professional but friendly atmosphere and ​prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients. We want to make sure that ​all our clients feel at ease during their time at Thrive RMT and have ​confidence in our adherence to safety protocols.
